Dr. Dan Paracka of Kennesaw State University, one of the organizers of the Women's Leadership Virtual Exchange, said ""Our project shows how women leaders change the world. They transform despair into hope, tragedy into triumph. Against the odds, they possess the courage and confidence to follow their dreams. They persevere with determination where others may give up. They welcome and appreciate support, recognizing they cannot succeed alone. They mentor and include others in their vision for a better future. And they do so on a daily basis in everyday activities."

These characteristics are exemplified in these women who lead through education.
