  Khadija decided to be an entrepreneur because she wanted to follow her aspirations and ambitions which didn't fit in the companies for which she had worked then. She aimed to create new ideas that could serve all humanity. Her main focus is to create a huge impact on someone's life, be it in business or in any other initiative. She believes that leadership has no limits as no matter how big a dream can be, it can become true if the dreamer’s determination is strong enough. She is so down-to-earth that people mostly describe her as a doer.

  Currently, Khadija is the manager of a public relations firm which was founded five years ago. One of the challenges she is facing is that this field is still male dominated; therefore, she encourages women through her job believing that women can perform as good or even better. She is convinced that both men and women should be concerned with both work and home commitments. One of Khadija’s achievements was to meet the leader of the White House, the former US President, Barack Obama, when she participated in the program of the young global leaders. Her self-actualisation achievements emerge when she triggers change in others’ lives and when she sees pride and joy in her family's eyes. 

قررت خديجة أن تكون رائدة أعمال لأنها أرادت متابعة تطلعاتها وطموحاتها التي لا تتناسب مع الشركات التي عملت بها في ذلك الوقت. كانت تهدف إلى خلق أفكار جديدة يمكن أن تخدم البشرية جمعاء. ينصب تركيزها الأساسي على إحداث تأثير كبير على حياة شخص ما ، سواء كان ذلك في العمل أو في أي مبادرة أخرى. إنها تعتقد أن القيادة ليس لها حدود مهما كان الحلم كبيرًا ، يمكن أن يصبح حقيقة إذا كان إصرار الحالم قويًا بما فيه الكفاية. إنها متواضعة للغاية لدرجة أن الناس يصفونها في الغالب بأنها فاعلة.

تشغل خديجة حاليًا منصب مدير شركة علاقات عامة تأسست قبل خمس سنوات. أحد التحديات التي تواجهها هو أن هذا المجال لا يزال يهيمن عليه الذكور. لذلك ، فهي تشجع النساء من خلال وظيفتها معتقدة أن المرأة يمكن أن تؤدي دورًا جيدًا أو حتى أفضل. إنها مقتنعة بأن كلاً من الرجال والنساء يجب أن يهتموا بالتزامات العمل والمنزل. كان من إنجازات خديجة لقاء زعيم البيت الأبيض ، الرئيس الأمريكي الأسبق ، باراك أوباما ، عندما شاركت في برنامج قادة العالم الشباب. تظهر إنجازات تحقيق الذات عندما تُحدث تغييرًا في حياة الآخرين وعندما ترى الفخر والسعادة في عيون عائلتها.
