Imane Aghoutane is a Moroccan journalist, newscaster, reporter, journalism lecturer, and TV presenter who currently works for the Moroccan TV Channel Medi1TV. Imane’s career as a journalist started with the training she received from internships while still a student at the Higher Institute of Media and Communication. Immediately after graduating in 2004, she worked as a reporter in Morocco for the Emirati Satellite Channel Abu Dhabi for two years. Afterward, she joined Medi1TV as a journalist and has since become an influential figure among all Moroccans.
Despite facing many challenges in her job, such as daring to talk about controversial topics and sometimes breaking the taboos, technical and financial difficulties, or long working hours, she has always been a passionate, dedicated, and ambitious person that never gives up on her dream. Imane affirms that she is genuinely thankful for her family's help and support as well as for making her personality strong by believing in her throughout the journey.
Imane Agoutane thinks that women should think about balancing their time so that they can spend enough on their self-development. She also believes that all women must show a great deal of dedication as well as self-confidence in order to accomplish their dreams.
إيمان أغوتان صحفية ومذيعة أخبار ومراسلة صحفية ومقدمة برامج تلفزيونية مغربية تعمل حاليا في القناة التلفزيونية المغربية .Medi1TV بدأت مهنة الصحافة بالتدريب الذي تلقته عندما كانت طالبة في المعهد العالي للإعلام والتواصل. فور تخرجها في سنة 2004 عملت كمراسلة في المغرب في القناة الفضائية الإماراتية أبو ظبي لمدة عامين. بعد ذلك، انضمت إلى Medi1TV كصحفية وأصبحت منذ ذلك الحين شخصية مؤثرة بين جميع المغاربة.
على الرغم من مواجهة العديد من التحديات في وظيفتها، مثل الجرأة على الحديث عن مواضيع مثيرة للجدل وأحيانا كسر المحرمات أو الصعوبات الفنية والمالية أو ساعات العمل الطويلة، فقد كانت دائما شخصا شغوفا ومتفانيا وطموحا لا يتخلى عن مسؤولياته أبدا حلم. تؤكد إيمان أنها شاكرة حقا لمساعدة عائلتها ودعمها وكذلك لجعل شخصيتها قوية من خلال الإيمان بها طوال الرحلة. تعتقد إيمان أن النساء يجب أن يفكرن في موازنة وقتهن حتى يتمكنن من إستثمار ما يكفي لتطوير أنفسهن. إنها تعتقد أيضا أنه يجب على جميع النساء إظهار قدر كبير من التفاني والثقة بالنفس من أجل تحقيق أحلامهن.
