Nadia Daiz is a Moroccan social activist who was born in Casablanca , Morocco . After finishing high school , she began her activism . Her family had opposite views about her decision to become a camping member . The approval and support were provided by her mother while she faced rejection from her male siblings. She returned to complete her studies in "Secretariat and Management" after years of experience and training courses . She was chosen to participate in a Belgian project that deals with the neighborhood's philosophy after obtaining a diploma in association and management work . This project opened to her the gate to many opportunities . At first , she joined and managed forums . After that , she traveled abroad to many countries such as Tunisia , Senegal, and Belgium .

نادية دايز ناشطة اجتماعية مغربية ولدت في الدار البيضاء بالمغرب. بدأت نشاطها بعد الانتهاء من المدرسة الثانوية . كانت لعائلتها آراء متضاربة فيما يخص قرارها في أن تصبح عضوا في المعسكر .قد حصلت على الموافقة والدعم من قبل والدتها عندما واجهت الرفض من أشقائها الذكور. ثم عادت لتكمل دراستها في "السكرتارية والإدارة" بعد سنوات من الخبرة والدورات التدريبية. و تم اختيارها للمشاركة في مشروع بلجيكي يدور حل فلسفة الحي بعد حصولها على دبلوم في عمل الجمعيات والإدارة. و قد فتح هذا المشروع لها الباب للعديد من الفرص. في البداية ، انضمت إلى المنتديات وأدارتها. بعد ذلك، سافرت إلى الخارج إلى العديد من البلدان مثل تونس والسنغال وبلجيكا.

During her presidency in the association , she worked in poor neighborhoods . She helped women and young people to leave their comfort zone .
Her personal mission is to contribute to local and national development by addressing people's problems , especially women's predicament .
She organized litercay and coaching classes for women . Afterward , she focused on teaching those women different traditional crafts in many workshops . These workshops enabled women to learn new skills in groups and ultimately to be reborn as new, confident woman leaders .
The success of this mission is due to the incredible upbringing of Nadin's mother, who introduced leadership and self-confidence to her children .

خلال فترة رئاستها للجمعية عملت في الأحياء الفقيرة. حيث ساعدت النساء والشباب تغيير ما اعتادوا و عليه لتجربة أشياء جديدة.
فمهمتها الشخصية هي المساهمة في التنمية المحلية والوطنية من خلال إيجاد الحلول مشاكل الناس ، وخاصة مشاكل المرأة.
حيث أنها نظمت دروس تدريب وتعليم للسيدات. ثم بعد ذلك ، ركزت على تعليمهن حرفا تقليدية متنوعة في العديد من ورش العمل. و قد مكنت هذه الورش النساء من تعلم مهارات جديدة ضمن مجموعات ، وفي نهاية المطاف قد مكنتهن من أن يولدن من جديد كقائدات واثقات بأنفسهن.
و يعود فضل نجاح هذه المهمة إلى تنشئة والدة نادية الرائعة ، فهي قد علمت أطفالها القيادة والثقة بالنفس منذ الصغر .
