Feminism Activist Movements in the Face of Oppression

In male-dominated environments, it is important for feminist activists to speak out and lead the way by progressing the work culture for women. These women have shown their bravery by standing against gender norms, even when society judged them for it, for the benefit of the societal status of women. Their work can serve as excellent role models for women pursuing leadership positions. Most of these women are leaders in education, a field that in Morocco is also traditionally male-dominated. The persistence of these women to become educated against the status quo and become pillars in their faculties and communities is inspiring.
