When she was young, Zineb wanted to become a flight attendant because her personality is so energetic and dynamic. However, her father had always imagined a future where she was a teacher. He used to call her “بنتي الأستاذة,” which translates into “my daughter, the teacher.” One of her teachers also told her one day that she would be an inspiring teacher. Subsequently, she sat for the test to join the education system just to please her father. Ironically, she was admitted along with only forty other people. Zineb decided to give teaching a try, and later on, she would discover that this job is what best suits her. She likes teaching, students, studies, and research.

Nevertheless, her journey did not stop there. Zineb’s thirst for knowledge and learning was far from being sated. She gradually developed many skills thanks to her experience at the ENSET School. This was one of the best experiences she has had because it helped her succeed in her personal and professional life. She graduated and got a diploma of Specialist Professor in Pedagogical Training which allowed her to be a professor at ENSET School. After getting her Ph.D., she changed her career to become a Professor of Management of Organizations and Communication at ENSAM School. Moreover, she had many internships, both as a student and as a professor interested in socioeconomics. Zineb has a wide experience when it comes to associations and volunteering; she tries to help women of the countryside to make a decent living by finding their way to become financially autonomous.

Her area of expertise is mostly dominated by men, and women constitute just a minority. There is always a discrimination between men and women, and people don’t even notice that. For this reason, she tries to convince women to work towards changing and developing their working situation; Zineb always finds it hard to convey her message because most women cannot establish a balance between their personal and professional life. But since she is the integrating leader, she tries to inspire them by being a role model. One of the hardest challenges she has faced is when she was pregnant and preparing for her Ph.D. at the same time. Her efforts paid off when her baby daughter attended the defense of her mother’s doctoral thesis defence. Moreover, as a head of the department and professor of management of organizations and communication, mother and housekeeper, Zineb Noui decided to return to college to improve her English; she was back to square one. It was an enriching experience which gave her a closer look into the situation of college students.

Challenges and perseverance are the qualities of successful people; they shaped her life and made her what she is today. Zineb felt that she was a remarkably good leader when she was chosen, along with four other people, to practically experience the BTS training. She was the national president, responsible for managing the exams of BTS schools nationwide. Zineb also joined many organizations and contributed in establishing small associations which would help students find internships easily and introduce them to professional life. Zineb’s family helps her keep balance between home and work responsibilities. Her father, mother, husband, and sisters have always been by her side, encouraging her to have a bee in her bonnet. What keeps her going are her dreams, her students, and her loved ones. “Croire en elles et en leurs rêves” is a proverb coined by Zineb Noui to say that if you have a dream, you must work hard to achieve it. Nothing is easy, but everything is possible. Women are the engine of life while a man is the car, If a woman wants to have a place in the sun, she should never and ever give up till she reaches it.

"صدقهن وباحلامهن " هو المثل الذي صاغته زينب نوي ليقول أنه إذا كان لديك حلم ، يجب أن تعمل بجد لتحقيق ذلك. ليس هناك ما هو سهل ولكن كل شيء ممكن. المرأة هي محرك الحياة بينما الرجل هو السيارة
